Stationery PP Sheet Extrusion Line is a top PP Sheet Extrusion Line or Album PP Sheet Extrusion Line, Emboss PP Sheet Extrusion Line or File PP Sheet Extrusion Line.

Our JYD-120 PP / PS Sheet Extrusion Line is mainly specialized for stationery PP sheet extrusion. With functions of emboss, smooth sheets and with both 4-winder winding station and sheeting station.
It is developed from top global design. The product is mainly for stationery quality level uses, such as file making PP sheets, color PP sheets and photo album use. Both calander roller and emboss roller are available. Both sheeting station and double-winder station are available. T-die end-stopper is available for occasional narrow sheet making.
Simplified design is for PP and PS vacuum thermoforming use. If so, please mention and the related cost will be much lower.

Advantage:
1. Leading China barrel and screw to insure top quality. Material is made of 38 CrMoAlA alloy steel + nitride. Screw diameter: 120 mm.
2. Unique global T-die with end stopper for narrow PP & PS sheet making. Sheet thickness: 0.12 - 1.5 mm. Valid width of 1200 mm.
3. With automatic hydraulic double-filter exchange station. Strong and time saving. Wastage is reduced by about 70% reduced.
4. Calander station is driven by the hydraulic station. Strong and reliable. If you replace the smooth roller, you can also make different kinds of emboss. The emboss can be used photo album making, top file making.
5. With inline wastage slitting rewinders. Automatic inline wastage physycal reuse system is optional at request (none standard).
6. Sheeting station is driving and controlled by servo motor.
7. Winding station of 4 winders to insure direct photo album use.
