Features:

PE foam bonding machine is also called Thickening Machine, lamination machine. This machine is to laminate 2 layers of PE foam sheet together. Then 2 layer together. The maximum thickness is 100 mm. For thicker blocks, you may use glue to make. Method is by direct LPG flame or electricity heating and mechanical pressing.

Standard configuration:

1. Unwinding unit: 2 unwinders: With unwinding roller, guiding limit rod and a frame.
2. Main lamination unit: Main frame, smooth pull roller 2 pieces, adjustment devices, fire stove, cylinder, gearbox, pull motor, rubber roller, guiding roller, air adjustment devices and fire tube.
3. Rewinding unit: Frame, winding roller and torque motor.
4. Electrical section: Pull, rewinding, control devices, speed regulation, torque regulator (For export, we usually use Taiwan TECO and this is why it is more expensive than domestic design)
