Applications:
Casemaker is to paste a printed cover sheet onto hardboards and then cut off the corners. The finished products are delicate front and back covers of color boxes, note-books, albums, etc. It is also widely used to make files.
It is semi automatic means that the machine finishes only the 2 sides. The 2 ends shall be done by hand instantly when the board is out of the machine.

Features:
1. Cylinder vacuum material absorption(no vacuum pump installed but with help of compressed air). Manual lifting of the sheet feeding bench. Material absorbing vertical stroke is 100 mm, horizontal stroke 60 mm.
2. Power heat melts the glue and a pump feeds it. Glue saving: The left glue may flow back and be circulated. And glue feeding quantity is adjustable.
3. The cover is absorbed onto the conveyer by guiding air so as to avoid cover movement and this is good for cardboard to be pasted onto the cover.
4. Flanging and roller pressing.
